Destinations and order processing
We deliver to: United States (we do not ship internationally). Actual dispatch origin and fulfillment: United States (warehouse: 7132 Cane Hills Circle, Orlando, Florida, 32835, United States). Processing time: 1 business days. Transit estimate after dispatch: 4-7 business days. Processing and transit are separate; estimated dates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed.
Delivery charges, taxes and duties
Shipping: $4.99 flat-rate standard shipping within the United States; free standard shipping on orders over $75. Taxes and import duties: Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to import duties or customs fees; any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Minimum order value: No minimum order value. The checkout must show the applicable shipping charge and taxes before you submit an order.
Dispatch and tracking
When your order is dispatched, use the tracking information provided in your dispatch email. Updates can take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel. Orders may arrive in separate parcels; we will communicate any applicable details.
Delays, damage or missing parcels
If the estimated delivery period has passed, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact support@xunlu.work with your order number and details so we can investigate. This process does not limit any mandatory consumer rights. Verify the delivery address before placing your order; contact us promptly if it needs correcting.
